For maximum security, all our transactions are processed through PayPal® (you don't need an PayPal account to make the payment to us through PayPal). When you use PayPal® to send money, recipients never see your bank account or credit card numbers.

All order not paid after 10 days will be discarded from the system, you will need to make the order again.

Shipping

• All orders from Hollowaysang.com will be shipped within 48 hours of receiving your order is completed. To be counted as completed, the order must be fully paid. Any items with a longer delay will have a special notice on the product page.
• The delivery times may vary depending on the shipping locations and the delivery option you choose. Shipping and handling fee will depend of the shipping address and the number of items.
• Standard delivery are done by FedEx Home Delivery and will take within 7 days. More info can be found at fedex.com
• As soon as we ship your items, we will send you an email with the tracking number, so you can always follow your shipment online.

Return / Exchange

• Custom designed item cannot be returned or exchange.
• A 20% restocking fee will be exiged for all return or exchange.
• Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days after your reception.
